Timber Frame Production

1.Supply

We start the production process of timber frames with the procurement of materials.

Tenter's frames use C24 marked timber, which is ordered from the best and largest suppliers. During the procurement of materials, the manager of the production plant always performs a visual gradation of the material to ensure its quality.

2. Timber Frame Production

After the materials are procured, the material is moved to the sawmill where it is cut to length with an automatic saw to ensure accuracy and quality.

Once the timber is sawn, the materials are moved to a framing machine where the framing is assembled to the design specification.

3. Delivery

We make the delivery by agreeing on the desired dates and times in advance. We use our vehicle equipped with a manipulator to unload Tenter's frames at the delivery location - this type of vehicle equipped with a manipulator is powerful enough for us to carry out assembly work.

4. Timber Frame Assembly

Before the assembly is carried out, it is necessary to ensure that the foundations are built. The next step in the production process of timber frames is assembly. Tenter offers two solutions:

1. The customer has the opportunity to assemble by himself or together with his partners - in this case, the Tenter team will advise you before the assembly and hand over a plan that will help assemble the necessary solution. By separate agreement, we will also offer all necessary assembly elements.

2. Tenter assembly team – Professional assembly is what will help you install the timber frame elements of the house in a short period of time. Our experience starts with the simplest private houses or garages, up to complex roof construction projects.
